What we collect

When you request an estimate through this website, we receive what you enter in the project planner:

• Your project details: rooms, flooring type, size, current floor, timeline, notes and any looks you saved.
• Photos you choose to upload.
• Your name, phone number, email, city and, if you add it, your street address.
• The estimate time you prefer and whether you would like to ask about financing.
• Basic technical details: a shortened version of your IP address, the page that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link.

Looks you save while browsing are kept only in your own browser until you send a request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, confirm your estimate and follow up with you about your project. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

Your request is stored with our website host in encrypted form. Uploaded photos are stored at unlisted links that are shared only with us. To let us know about a new request, the details are delivered to us by email (and, if we set it up, by text message) through the services that send those messages.
